2026 ICTA Convention

The 2026 ICTA Convention, begins with a reception Thursday evening (September 17) at the convention hotel (see hotel below) and continues with main sessions on Friday and Saturday (September 18 and 19) at the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College, Palatine, IL.

Important:

• Convention Registration includes annual Membership. 

There are two ways to register and pay:

1. You can register online and pay online.
2. You can register online and pay later by check or cash. When you do this, you will receive an invoice that you can attach to your payment or give to your school, if your school will pay for you. 

Events at the Convention Hotel

We have these events at the convention hotel (Westin Chicago Northwest, 400 Park Blvd., Itasca, IL):

• 8:00 pm Thursday (9/17): New Member Meet and Greet in the hotel lobby/bar.
• 8:30 pm Thursday (9/17): Past Presidents' Reception EVERYONE welcome in the hotel lobby/bar.
• 8:00 pm Friday (9/18): President's Reception and Trivia Night. EVERYONE welcome in Barrington Room.
